During the holy month of Ramadan, DARY Human Organization carried out a number of charitable works in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate to help needy families, children Missing their families and the elderly.

To relieve the burden of needy families and help them provide livelihoods, DARY organization extended a helping hand to (507) beneficiaries and gave them (100) food baskets, each of which contained a set of basic materials (flour, oil, legumes, milk, other materials), in cooperation with donors from the Medical students association, Al-Diwaniyah branch, represented by Mr. (Ahmed Abdul-Khaliq), Dr. (Mortadha Ali Mezher) and a number of members of DARY’s branch in Al-Diwaniyah governorate.

In order to draw a smile on the deprived lips, DARY Org. gifted orphans children and from needy families with the Feast (Eid) clothes through a campaign that benefited (124) children of both gender, in cooperation with the donors Mr. (Ahmed Abdul-Khaliq), and both (Miss Suhad and Miss Fatima Saber), and facilitation from owner of NASHA’AT clothes shop.

As part of its humanitarian duty, and during Ramadan, the organization held an Iftar banquet in the elderly home in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate, which benefited (35) elderly residents of the home in cooperation with the donor, Mr. (Hassan Kamel Jawad).

While DARY extends its thanks and appreciation to all the donors, the organization also appreciates the role of volunteers and members of the organization in Diwaniyah, who contributed to the success of the solidarity programs to serve our people in the province.
